The role also involves actively monitoring application performance and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems. Key Responsibilities:
Defect Identification and Resolution:
- Analyze and troubleshoot software defects reported by customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the resolution of identified issues.
Application Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor the performance and availability of customer applications.
- Respond to alerts promptly and take necessary actions to minimize downtime.
- Implement improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
Shift Work:
- Willingness to work in shifts to provide round-the-clock support to customers.
Programming:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech or B.Sc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent programming skills in at least one language (mention specific languages).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Understanding of software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
