This role comes under Mandate 3 : Employees to be located in their place of posting / respective office base location.

Job Description
 

• Lead the First Mile & Middle Logistics for the entire FnV Category. This will include 50+ Collection Centers & 10+ Warehouses & 400+ dark stores (Pan India)
• Create & optimize the logistics plan to service 400+ dark stores across the country
• Drive vehicle utilization, logistics cost, availability & serviceability across the board
• Liaison with multiple teams - Supply chain, procurement, category, demand planning & finance for smooth operations
• Plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres
   

Desired Skills
 

• Prior experience in Mid Mile Logistics & Vehicle Planning shall be preferred
• Deep understanding of Route & Cost optimization
• Expertise in Excel & sql
• Hands on experience in Stakeholder management
• Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas & levels of business
• Own the task completely & deliver insights & recommendations
