As part of the BE team you will be responsible to ensure advisors have a seamless experience with respect to their daily work. If you are a hustler and love being in the thick of things, this is the role for you.

 

You will broadly be responsible for the following: 

 

1. Day-to-day operations

2. Reporting and Analysis

3. Process Improvement Projects

This role comprises of  75% day-to-day operations and 25% work on cross-functional long-term projects that improves productivity.

 

Requirements:

 

• Experience of using the Google Suite of Apps - Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc

• Accuracy and attention to detail 

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strict deadlines 

• Ability to execute pilots/ projects in a timely and structured manner
