Skills/Qualifications:
Customer support or technical support experience in online industry (1 to 2 years)
preferably in email support or content/creative writing.
[IMPORTANT] Good knowledge of websites, and how to navigate to obtain
desired information.
[IMPORTANT] Excellent Communication Skills (both written
oral)
Language Standard: Versant Level 3 Communication Test Score 70
for Reading Writing.
Should be able to write a grammatically correct essay of 150 200
words in 20 mins or less.
Candidate should be proactive and an organized team player.
Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms such as Google Ads
(AdWords) and Bing Ads will be an added advantage.
Engineering candidates (any stream) will not be considered for this role.Associate
