60% & above or equivalent CGPA in 10", 12"/Diploma & Graduation No standing arrears at the time of recruitment process

Backlog/Re-attempts

10th & 12th examinations - In 1" attempt only

Course type

Full time courses only

No re-attempts/ATKTs/backlogs/arrears allowed in the final semester of any course

Academic Gap

Criteria

Academic gap allowed only after the completion of the entire course

No gap allowed in the middle of the course & No year drop allowed

Age Criteria

For 2021-Date of birth >= 1 July 1997

For 2022-Date of birth>- 1" July 1998

University

UGC/AICTE approved Institutes only

Flexibility

Flexibility to work in any technology/work-shift/domain and work from any development center/partner premise/customer location as per business needs.

Service Agreement

Separation Criteria

No Service Agreement

Non-performance during classroom training/on the job phase is subjected to separation from the organization.

Eligibility for Maternity Leave:

As per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, employee would be entitled for maternity leave if she has worked for a minimum of 80 days in the organization
