Job Description

  1. Proven experience as a help desk technician.
  2. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  3. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  4. BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH Only.
  5. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  6. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  7. 1-5 years experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
  8. Good troubleshooting skills
