What you will accomplish together with us:

• Provide service and customer support during inhouse visits or dispatches

• Manage all inhouse servicing, repair, maintenance and calibration tasks

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

• Produce timely and detailed calibration reports and dispatch it to customer

• Ensure the timely and correct documentation of lab processes

• Ensure data entry in SAP system and provide quotations and invoices to customer

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and customer to ensure closure of pending payments

• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings

• Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file

 

What will convince us:

• Technical degree/diploma in engineering in electronics /electrical

• 0 to 2 years of proven service experience of analytical equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, service and calibrate technical equipment

• Conversant with SAP E1P system is mandatory

• High customer orientation

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Good computer skills in Excel
