Job Description

1.Product issue Diagnosis/Repairs/Service
2. Testing and confirming customer voice.
3. Guide the technicians to repair.
4. Supervise the repair process as per the SOP and quality guidelines.
5. Testing and confirmation of issue resolution.
6. Reporting the issues and action taken to HO in the standard format.
7.Implement field fix.
8. OJT to technicians for any product / process improvements.

Here is the proposed Hiring process:

​1. Online assessment on Aptitude and Technical ( Will be sent to respective candidates mail ID)
2. Shortlisted candidates will be communicated via mail with an interview date, time, and link to join.
3. Shortlisted candidates to go through a technical round followed by an HR round.
4. Selected candidates to be informed about their status immediately after the interview making a spot offer after confirmation on joining date and location by the HR.
5. There are positions available PAN India so joining location will be closer to the current/native state but this is subject to position available and completely at Ola HR team discretion

*PERMANENT DRIVING LICENCE IS A MUST HAVE FOR THE PROCESS*

Documents to be carried for the process:
1. PAN card
2. Aadhaar card
3. Final year degree
4. Final year mark-sheet
5. Permanent Driving License
