Key Responsibilities: - 

• Visit to the Retailers.
• Identification and appointment of new retailers.  
• Product training to Retailers.
• Product gap Identification
• To arrange Van Campaigns & Canopy Campaigns
• Participation in Local Exhibition 
• Organizing & conducting Farmers Meets
• Market scanning
• Gathering of Competitors information
• Market Potential Analysis
•  

 

Desired Candidate Profile -

• Candidate should be interested to work in Sales / Service profile.
• Good in Communication & Presentation skills.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills & should be ready to travel.
• Female candidates can be considered who are fulfilling above criteria and interested to work in sales.   

Selection Process should consist of following :

• 1st screening should be done on the basis online Test (Technical / General Aptitude)
• Candidates who will clear online test will be considered for personal interview which can be conducted virtually
