Ola is looking to build mobility for the next billion Indians. Ola also extends its consumer offerings like micro-insurance and credit-led payments through Ola Financial Services and a range of owned food brands through India's largest network of kitchens under its food business. Ola was founded in 2011 by Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati with a mission to build mobility for a billion people.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work directly with the leadership team on critical projects essential for the business growth
2. Work with various cross-functional teams within the organization (e.g., sales, marketing, product, finance, etc.) to ensure multiple critical elements are in place to achieve necessary growth targets, track the right metrics, meet compliance policies, and meet deadlines
3. Oversee various operational aspects such as preparing agendas, taking notes, assigning owners and goals for annual planning, managing calendars, supporting the team and management for implementation, etc.

Requirements:

1. Great temperament and leadership qualities are a must
2. Be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of the company
3. Quick to adapt and learn
4. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
5. A generalist mindset with experience and the ability to participate in different areas
