ET Campus Stars is India’s largest hunt for the brightest engineering minds. With each edition, ETCS identifies and encourages engineers who potentially are drivers of India’s growth, providing them with a platform to showcase their professional and individual competence. ET Campus Stars is an initiative of EconomicTimes.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Times Internet Limited.

Phase 1

Aptitude, Cognitive Behavior and Personality Assessment

• Register for the program
• Take the online assessment that evaluates on Aptitude, Personality and Cognitive Behaviour
• Shortlisted candidates will move to the phase 2

Phase 2

Domain Knowledge Assessment

• Take the online assessment that evaluates your domain expertise
• Shortlisted candidates will move to Phase 3

Phase 3

Group Leadership & Dynamics

• Appear for the hybrid (Online / On-ground) group exercise
• Evaluation of Team Building, Negotiation Strategy & Leadership Skills
• Shortlisted candidates move to Phase 4

Phase 4

Meet the Jury

• Meet and have a one-on-one interaction with an eminent Jury member
• ET Campus Stars class 2022-23 results announced

ET Campus Stars is India’s biggest hunt for bright engineering students. Each edition of ETCS has identified and encouraged bright engineers that will drive India’s growth. The program structure comprises a rigorous 4-phase process that evaluates each candidate across 35 assessment parameters.
