The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released new guidelines  for university courses. According to this, students  have the opportunity to enter and exit several courses at all universities, such as the faculties of management, education, law and engineering.

in the country and are re-admitted at will in the same course. This is a great convenience for students who want to take multiple courses at the same time. Students can now register  times for a course. UGC has issued the necessary guidelines for multi-mode studies.

These guidelines are based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020,  which  already said that under this new education policy, students will have the opportunity to take more than one course and the certificates of both courses will be valid. .

The students receive appropriate guidance and advice from the respective institute. All state governments and universities must create their own rules and guidelines under the new guidelines. Institutions can only implement  it  from the new academic year 2022-23.

According to the UGC, students have the opportunity to participate in the course.You have the option to attend face-to-face  or face-to-face classes, take online courses, or take  distance or open courses during the semester.

UGC President Prof. M. Jagadesh Kumar stated: “I am pleased to present the guidelines for the transformation of universities into multidisciplinary institutes. This policy is intended to help public universities transform these colleges into multidisciplinary institutes.
