Tech Mahindra and HCL Plan to Hire Over 46,000 Freshmen According to some reports, as of March 31, 2022, HCL Technologies employed 208,877 people. There were 11,000 net hires in the fourth quarter of FY22 and 39,900 net hires for the full fiscal year.

HCL Technologies has announced plans to hire at least 45,000 new junior employees in  FY23 to meet growing demand and employee turnover. In fiscal year 22, 23,000 new employees were hired. As of March 31, 2022, HCL Technologies had   208,877 employees.

There were 11,000 net hires in the fourth quarter of FY22 and 39,900 net hires for the full fiscal year. The total number of employees comes from 165 different countries and approximately 28% of all employees worldwide are women. at least 60% in  10th and 12th grades and those who have completed their BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA or other appropriate university degree.

HCL Tech is hiring Associates, Executives, Associate Engineers, Business Management Trainees, etc. , the company also offers numerous opportunities for experienced professionals in numerous fields. In addition, the IT giant  plans to offer its employees home office and work-from-anywhere options.

Tech Mahindra plans to hire over 1,000 freshmen for its new campus: - At recent events on Monday, major tech firm Tech Mahindra said it expects to hire 1,000 people in FY22-23 for its newly opened campus in Tidel Park Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will.

The recruitment exercise will be part of the company's goal of tapping into local talent. The new campus, which is over 10,000 square feet, will focus on creating Coimbatore's next-generation technology cluster. State-of-the-art solutions are provided for the company's  international customers.

Leading-edge solutions in a variety of market sectors including  automotive, banking, e-commerce, finance and research and development.

“The campus will focus on building the latest technology stack compliant with intelligent automation, artificial intelligence/robotic process automation, full-stack development, customer experience (CX) and other next-generation application development and management capabilities (ADMS)," said  Harshvendra Soin, Global Chief People Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Tech Mahindra.
