Infosys' job loss rate  reportedly increased from 25.5% to 27.7% in March 2022. Infosys CFO Nilanjan Roy said both the  percentage of deserters and the total number of employees fell about 5% during the quarter.

Infosys and TCS reportedly hired 61,000 new students on campus  in fiscal 2021.TCS COO NG Subramaniam said  the company plans to hire 40,000 people this year and will hire more if needed.
