Students from B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Voc., Pharm D, B. Tech. (third and final year students) and M. Tech. Courses are required to fill up their Supplementary exam forms and pay the requisite fees for Summer Semester Examination 2022 online through their respective login on formfilling.dbatuapps.in.

The schedule for the application is as follows:

Exam form Filling (Supplementary)	01-06-2022  (Wednesday)	07-06-2022  (Tuesday)	Rs. 300/- per subject.
Exam form Filling (With Late Fees)	08-06-2022 (Wednesday)	11-06-2022 (Saturday)	Rs. 300/- per subject + Late fees of  Rs. 100/- Per day

 

The students are requested to confirm that the status of the payment made is “Captured”. The applications with payment status as “Initiated”, “Null”, “Failed” or anything else is not successfully submitted and the students may not be allowed to appear for the examination or their performance will not be considered.

As per the government regulations for higher and technical education examinations , The mode of examination from June will be offline but there are chances that exams likely to be held in online proctored MCQ based.

Students should wait for timetable to get more clearity about mode of examination.
