The 24th Convocation of our University is scheduled on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
His Excellency Hon. Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyariji, Governor of Maharashtra and Chancellor of the University will preside over the function. Prof. (Dr) Anil D Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, will be the Chief Guest, deliver the Convocation address and distribute the gold medals.
Hon. Prof. K V Kale, Vice-Chancellor of the University will present the Annual Report of the University. It is a momentous event for you as well as to the University. On behalf of the University, I cordially invite you to attend the Convocation.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University main campus student will attend the convocation function physically however affiliated institute students need not to attend the convocation function physically
The students of affiliated institutes will receive Degree certificate from their respective parent Institute/ Regional centers. The candidates from University main campus, intending to attend the convocation are requested to note/observe the following
Degrees/Diplomas will be awarded in groups during the convocation. Individual Degree/Diploma certificates can be collected from the respective counters after the convocation ceremony
You have to register for the convocation and confirm your seat in the pandal. Kindly submit your details using registration link https://forms.gle/FsCRcPfpkn6GpMkg8 Registration link will be closed on 7th May, 2022 5:30 pm.
Report to Registration desk at 9.00 am on 11th May, 2022. After 10 am no student will be allowed in the pandal. Please carry a Photo Identity Card (old university I-card, driving license, passport, pan card or photo I-card issued by your employer) with you for attending convocation function. You will not be allowed to enter the convocation venue without identity card, as per the directions for security reasons
The Dress code: The male Degree /Diploma recipient should wear White Shirt and Dark Trousers and the Female Degree/Diploma recipient should wear White Sari/Dress. This dress code has to be strictly followed.
You are requested to accommodate yourself in the hostels, if needed, with the students presently studying in the University
You must clear all University dues, hostel dues and library dues, etc. before registration.
