The CSR arm of leading IT company Tech Mahindra is now offering free cloud computing training nationwide to help underemployed or unemployed people start a career in cloud computing.

The Tech Mahindra Foundation partners with Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) for the AWS Re/Start program. Rakesh Soni, CEO of Tech Mahindra Foundation said, “Cloud computing is a 21st century technological innovation that enables digital transformation.

The pandemic has accelerated the migration of many companies to the cloud to help them innovate and overcome uncertainty. This program helps students develop and in-demand cloud computing skills along with an industry-recognized AWS certification that prepares them for success right from the start.

AWS re/Start is a global program taught in 39 countries and offers interview opportunities to more than 90% of graduates Being a 12-week, face-to-face, competency-based training that covers AWS Cloud fundamentals as well as practical career skills such as interviewing and the resume writing to prepare individuals for an entry-level position in the cloud.

The program will be available through online learning from Tech Mahindra SMART Academies of Digital Technologies in Hyderabad, Mohali, Visakhapatnam, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.
