All the non agricultural universities , autonomous and private universities and affilated institutes will operate in offline mode from 1st feb 2022 as per the latest government resolution of state higher and technical ministry. Also some guidelines for the examination has been issued.
All the non agricultural universities , autonomous and private universities and affilated institutes will start functioning into offline mode from 1st feb 2022. The Universities / Institutes can take the decision at their local level by discussing the covid conditions with district collector , Mayors and local governing bodies. The institutes should form SOPs regarding the same.
Students who completed both the dose of vaccine are allowed to attend offline classes and those who have not vaccinated yet , the online facilities to them should be allowed.
All the examinations should be taken in online mode till 15 th feb , after 15 feb university / college can decide the mode according to their convinience.
Due to unavailability of electricity or lack of net connectivity, the student or his / her

If not, such student will be re-examined.
