How DBATU winter semester examinations will held?

As all the non agricultural colleges across Maharashtra are operating in online mode from 6 jan 2022 and this GR will be effective till 15 feb 2022. DBATU examinations are going to be held in January 2022 according to the timetable. Higher possibility is there that examinations will be held by using Online proctored method.But still the timetable is not published therefore the confirmation will be after declaration of timetable. read full notice on college operating GR

Winter 2021 Regular Examination formfilling for Third and Final Year B.Tech and B.Pharmacy students is opened from 20/12/2021 and it is open till 10 jan 2022 with normal fee of Rs. 1000/- and no further extension will be given. [watch our detailed video on how to proceed for formfilling]

University mentioned that Once form filling is completed Timetable will be displayed on university website.According to DBATU Academic Calendar 2021-22 exams are scheduled in jan - feb of 2022. DBATU formfilling for winter semester examinations have been started and last date for completing the process is 10 Jan 2022. In the same notice university has mentioned that timetable will be circulated once formfilling process completed.

According to the academic timetable , DBATU scheduled the winter semester examination from 24 Jan 2022 to 23 feb 2022. The period will consist of both regular ans supplementary examinations for third and final year students.The students from first year and direct second year will have some time to complete their academic syllabus therefore their schedule might be some different.

Talking about marking scheme for students , 

  1. In seperate passing (1st year , 2nd & 3rd year students only),  no minimum marks out of total marks of mid sem exam and class assessment but minimum 20 marks out of 60 marks (ETE) are mandatory for each subject.
  2. In case of combined passing (final year students only), minimum 40 marks out of 100 marks (ETE+MTE+CA) are mandatory for each subject to pass the examination. There is no minimum marks condition for end sem exam.

As the discussion made in AC minutes meeting , The minimum marks for passing is decided as "Every student of B.Tech should get a minimum of 20 marks out of 60 from end semester examination". There will be no minimum marks to pass in mid semester and Continuous Assessments. This decision was made for students admitted after 2019 and the students which are studying in 1st , 2nd and 3rd year students. [read passing criteria full news here]
