When will colleges reopen ?? | College reopening in Maharashtra

Government allowed Colleges to reopen from October 20, 2021 after receiving a nod from the governing authorities.Government has even issued guidelines for all Colleges, taking into account the COVID-19 safety protocols. This would mean that University Colleges reopening would begin and students can come to campus for offline lectures.

But in some districts or some individual colleges have not taken any decision regarding the offline classes. Most of colleges across Maharashtra are not fully reopened yet , students are bit cofused regarding the college reopenings. The individual colleges are waiting for proper preparation for reopening of campus because government made some guidelines and that should be followed by every institutions.

Some Guidelines about college reopening:

1. Classes would be filled only up to 50% capacity at a time.  
2. As of now, it is advisable to only allow fully vaccinated students to come back to campus for offline classes. However, when it comes to students who are below 18, this rule will not apply.  
3. In case students are still unvaccinated but want to come for offline classes, it is the responsibility of college Principal to contact the nearest ward office and set up a special camp for vaccination in college premises.
4. Attendance has not been made mandatory yet and students can opt to continue online classes.  
5. Teaching would be done in blended mode i.e., both online and offline.  

Every institute takes some time to fulfill that conditions and after fulfilling this one colleges will set to reopen. Students should wait for their college decision in case of reopening. The governement had given a go-ahead to all colleges of Maharashtra that they can open for fully vaccinated students. However, now it depends on the respective college too whether it is reopening from 20 oct or at a later date.

प्रशासकीय अधिकार्‍यांकडून होकार मिळाल्यानंतर सरकारने 20 ऑक्टोबर 2021 पासून महाविद्यालये पुन्हा सुरू करण्यास परवानगी दिली. सरकारने कोविड-19 सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल लक्षात घेऊन सर्व महाविद्यालयांसाठी मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे देखील जारी केली आहेत. याचा अर्थ असा होईल की विद्यापीठ महाविद्यालये पुन्हा सुरू होतील आणि विद्यार्थी ऑफलाइन व्याख्यानांसाठी कॅम्पसमध्ये येऊ शकतील.

परंतु काही जिल्ह्यांमध्ये किंवा काही वैयक्तिक महाविद्यालयांनी ऑफलाइन वर्गांबाबत कोणताही निर्णय घेतलेला नाही. महाराष्ट्रातील बहुतेक महाविद्यालये अद्याप पूर्णपणे उघडलेली नाहीत, महाविद्यालय पुन्हा सुरू करण्याबाबत विद्यार्थी संभ्रमात आहेत. वैयक्तिक महाविद्यालये कॅम्पस पुन्हा सुरू करण्यासाठी योग्य तयारीची वाट पाहत आहेत कारण सरकारने काही मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे तयार केली आहेत आणि ती प्रत्येक संस्थांनी पाळली पाहिजेत.

कॉलेज पुन्हा सुरू करण्याबाबत काही मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे:
वर्ग एका वेळी फक्त ५०% क्षमतेपर्यंत भरले जातील.
आत्तापर्यंत, ऑफलाइन वर्गांसाठी केवळ पूर्णपणे लसीकरण झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनाच कॅम्पसमध्ये परत येण्याची परवानगी देणे योग्य आहे. तथापि, 18 वर्षांखालील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी हा नियम लागू होणार नाही.
जर विद्यार्थी अद्याप लसीकरण न केलेले असतील परंतु त्यांना ऑफलाइन वर्गांसाठी यायचे असेल तर, जवळच्या प्रभाग कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधणे आणि महाविद्यालयाच्या परिसरात लसीकरणासाठी विशेष शिबिर आयोजित करणे ही महाविद्यालयाच्या प्राचार्यांची जबाबदारी आहे.
अद्याप उपस्थिती अनिवार्य केलेली नाही आणि विद्यार्थी ऑनलाइन वर्ग सुरू ठेवू शकतात.
अध्यापन मिश्रित पद्धतीने केले जाईल, म्हणजे ऑनलाइन आणि ऑफलाइन दोन्ही प्रकारे.

प्रत्येक संस्थेला त्या अटींची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी थोडा वेळ लागतो आणि ही पूर्तता केल्यानंतर कॉलेज पुन्हा सुरू होईल. कॉलेज पुन्हा सुरू झाल्यास विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांच्या निर्णयाची प्रतीक्षा करावी. सरकारने महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व महाविद्यालयांना पूर्ण लसीकरण झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी उघडता येईल अशी परवानगी दिली होती. तथापि, आता ते 20 ऑक्टोबरपासून पुन्हा सुरू होते की नंतरच्या तारखेला ते संबंधित महाविद्यालयावर देखील अवलंबून आहे.
