Fake institutes in India: List of 24 fake institutes issued by UGC; Inclusion of this institute in Maharashtra

 

New Delhi, Aug 3: The results of the board have recently been announced across the country. Also, with the result of 12th Board (Maharashtra Board Result), the process of admission in colleges and universities has started. But students need to be very careful when taking admission. .

That is why the University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced a list of 24 Fake Institutes. Also 2 other institutes have been found guilty of violating the rules. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has given this information while answering a question in the Lok Sabha.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that out of the 24 institutions declared as fake by the UGC, eight are in Uttar Pradesh and seven in Delhi. The UGC has declared bogus on the basis of complaints received from students, parents, citizens as well as the media, 'he said.

Apart from this, the Indian Council of Education in Lucknow and the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in New Delhi have been found to be violating UGC rules. He informed that the case of these two organizations is justifiable. These fake institutes in Maharashtra are located in Nagpur and are known as Raja Arabic University

नवी दिल्ली, 03 ऑगस्ट: देशभरात नुकतेच बोर्डाचे निकाल जाहीर झाले आहेत. तसंच बारावी बोर्डाचे निकाल (Maharashtra Board Result) आल्यानं कॉलेज आणि विद्यापीठांमध्ये प्रवेशाची प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली आहे. परंतु विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेश घेताना खूप काळजी घेणं आवश्यक आहे. म्हणूनच विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोगानं (UGC) 24 बनावट इन्स्टिट्यूटची (Fake Institutes) यादी घोषित केली आहे. तसंच 2 इतर इन्स्टिट्यूट नियमांच उल्लंघन केल्याबद्दल दोषी आढळले आहेत. केंद्रीय शिक्षण मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांनी लोकसभेत एका प्रश्नाला उत्तर देताना ही माहिती दिली आहे.

शिक्षणमंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान (Education minister Dharmendra Pradhan) म्हणाले की, यूजीसीने बनावट म्हणून घोषित केलेल्या 24 संस्थांपैकी आठ उत्तर प्रदेशात, सात दिल्लीत आहेत. विद्यार्थी, पालक, नागरिक तसंच प्रसारमाध्यमांकडून मिळालेल्या तक्रारींच्या आधारे युजीसीनं बोगस घोषित केलं आहे,' अशी माहिती त्यांनी दिली.

सर्वाधिक बनावट इन्स्टिट्यूट्स (Fake institutes in India) असणाऱ्यांमध्ये उत्तर प्रदेश पहिल्या क्रमांकावर आहे. उत्तर प्रदेशात आठ बनावट इन्स्टिट्यूट्स असून दिल्लीमध्ये सात आहेत.ओडिशा आणि बंगालमध्ये प्रत्येकी दोन बनावट इन्स्टिट्यूट्स असून कर्नाटक, केरळ, महाराष्ट्र, पाँडिचेरीत प्रत्येकी एक विद्यापीठ आहे.

याशिवाय लखनऊमधील भारतीय शिक्षा परिषद आणि नवी दिल्लीमधील इंडियन इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ प्लॅनिंग अॅण्ड मॅनेजमेंटकडून युजीसीच्या नियमांचे उल्लंघन केले जात असल्याचं समोर आले आहे. या दोन्ही संस्थांचं प्रकरण न्यायप्रविष्ठ आहे अशी माहिती यावेळी त्यांनी दिली. महाराष्ट्रातील हे बनावट इन्स्टिट्यूट्स नागपुरात असून राजा अरेबिक युनिव्हर्सिटी असं नाव आहे.

Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of fake institutes in India. There are eight fake institutes in Uttar Pradesh and seven in Delhi. There are two fake institutes each in Odisha and Bengal and one each in Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and Pondicherry.
