SUB: TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2020.

THIS IS TO  NOTIFY THAT THE TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS FOR THE FINAL YEAR STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY (B.TECH & DIPLOMA) FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2020 WILL BE CONDUCTED AS PER THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: 

 For Regular DIPLOMA EXAMINATIONS:  

1. Terminal examinations will be conducted through ONLINE MODE using MCQ type questions.

2. MCQ based University Examination for diploma student will be conducted for all the outgoing students.

 3. The Diploma Question Paper should be for a Maximum of 70 Marks.  

4. Student will have to answer any 35 questions out of the 60 questions set in the question paper. Each question will carry 2 Marks.

 5. Duration of Examination is 1 ½ Hours (90 Minutes).

 6. Examination window will be operative 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM, facilitating students to take Examination of 1 ½ hours duration within this window. Student can enter at any time and take exam for 1 ½ hours within the window period provided.

7. Students can take up the examination from Desk Top Computer, Laptop or Mobile phones.  

8. Students should approach and inform ‘Terminal Examinations Grievance Committee’ for any difficulty faced or for not being able to take up the examination.  

9. Terminal Examinations Grievance Committee will be displayed on website and sent to student email.  

10. In case any student is unable to take the Examination due to various reasons, after decision from Terminal Examinations Grievance Committee, another examination with different question bank will be conducted

11. Mock Examination for Students will be conducted.

For DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS:  

1. Question Paper format will be same as for Regular examination.  

2. Syllabus for the examination will be 100%.  

3. Mock Examination will be conducted, to be notified later.
