SUB: TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2020.

THIS IS TO  NOTIFY THAT THE TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS FOR THE FINAL YEAR STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY (B.TECH & DIPLOMA) FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2020 WILL BE CONDUCTED AS PER THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: 

A.  B.TECH – REGULAR EXAMINATIONS:

 For all the outgoing students:  

1. Terminal examinations will be conducted through ONLINE MODE using MCQ type questions. 2.

The B.Tech Question Paper (Multiple Choice Questions based) will be for a Maximum of 60 Marks.  

3. Syllabus for the Examination: First 2.5 Units of course contents (Syllabus covered till March 15, 2020).  

4. Student will have to answer any 40 questions out of 70 questions, each question carrying 1.5 Marks.  

5. Duration of Examination is 1.5 Hours (90 Minutes).  

6. Examination window will be operative from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM, on a given day, facilitating students to take Examination of 1 ½ hours duration within this window. Student can enter at any time and take exam for 1 ½ hours within the window period provided.

7. Students can take examination from Desk Top Computer, Laptop or Mobile.

 8. Exact Time Table of Examinations will be displayed on University Website soon. Students will get information directly through their emails also.

 9. Students should inform ‘Terminal Examinations Grievance Committee’ (TEGC) for any difficulty faced or for not being able to take the examination. TEGC will be displayed on website and communicated to students directly also.  

10. In case any student is unable to take the Examination due to various reasons, which the student should inform Terminal Examinations Grievance Committee, another examination with different question set will be conducted later.  

11. Mock Examinations will be conducted for making students familiar with the MCQ Based Examination.
