The Role

About the Program:

The CA Program is the backbone of Techfest. We at Techfest aspire to reach out to college students across the globe to spark their interest in Science and Technology fields and provide them a platform to pursue the same. The CA Program helps us realize this vision. Here, the CAs build a network of students from 2500+ Indian and 500+ international colleges and learn about social media and marketing. They are rewarded for fulfilling their responsibilities and motivated to strive to improve their personal skills continually. As Techfest celebrates its silver jubilee this year, the role of the CAs is more important than ever before and this is a great opportunity for us all to work together and make the 25th Techfest a grand success.

 

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Represent Techfest at your college, and act as a link between the students of your college and Techfest
• Ideate, plan, organize and promote the events of Techfest through various mediums and channels
• Strategize and experiment with innovative marketing and publicity strategies to drive up student participation
• Engage in discussions with the other CAs and the Techfest Coordinators to bring new ideas to the fest

• You LEAD: As a college representative, you build your image, mentor students, and improve at people management
• You INNOVATE: Always thinking outside the box, you come up with creative ideas and efficient ways to finish your tasks
• You SOCIALIZE: As a part of a worldwide student community, you connect and interact with several like-minded people
