For Engineering 

  • The question paper will consist of 60 questions. Candidate need to solve 40 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 60 marks. 

  • For pharmacy 

    The question paper will consist of 70 questions. Candidate need to solve 50 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 75 marks.

  •   For Architecture

  • The question paper will consist of 60 questions. Candidate need to solve 40 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 60 marks.

STUDENTS ADMITTED BEFORE YEAR 2019-20 HAVE TO SCORE 40 % MARKS FROM COURSE  COMBINELY [ASSESMENT + MSE + ESE / SUPPLEMENTARY SHOULD BE 40].

FOR E.G : 

STUDENT A has 12 marks in assesment ; 10 marks in mid term then

12+10= 22.

for passing purpose he / she has to be score 40-22 = 18 marks in final exam.

As per current exam structure , each question has 1.5 marks each and no negetive marking therefore Student A has to attempt 15 correct questions.

For students who admitted from academic year 2019-20 , obtaining 20 marks in end semester examination is mandatory to clear the course.

There is credit based system for carry on - promotion to next year for students.Promotion rules have become effective from 2019-20 for all students of B.Tech I,II , III & IVth year students.

A ] FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED DIRECTLY:

Students should clear 60 % of the total credits prescribed for first year B.Tech program for claiming promotion to second year.

For claiming promotion to third year , every student should clear 80% of total credits of I & II Year B.Tech considered together.

For claiming promotion to Fourth year , every student should clear 86% of total credits of I ,II & III Year B.Tech considered together.

B ] FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED LATERALLY:

Students should clear 60 % of the total credits prescribed for Second year B.Tech program for claiming promotion to third year.

Students should clear 80 % of the total credits prescribed for II & III year B.Tech program for claiming promotion to final year.

Following promotion rules become effective from the academic year 2019-20 for all diploma students

A ] FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED DIRECTLY:

Students should clear 60 % of the total credits prescribed for first year Diploma program for claiming promotion to second year.

For claiming promotion to Third year , every student should clear 80% of total credits of I & II Year diploma considered together.

B ] FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED LATERALLY:

Students should clear 60 % of the total credits prescribed for Second year for claiming promotion to third year.
