Dbatu Notification regarding form filling , Mock test & Main proctored  supplementary examination Dec 2020, Detailed Subjectwise timetable & General Instructions 

Notification for students regarding form filling & mock-test :

1. Please update your mobile number and Email id in concern with Examination coordinator of your institute by tomorrow 22/12/2020 till 5:30 pm. Students who have not updated their mobile number they will not be able to give supplementary examination.

 2. Do supplementary examination 2020 form filling immediately by tomorrow 22/12/2020 till 5: 30 pm.

3. Those who are applied previously, should not re-apply.  

4. Mock test for remaining students is rescheduled from 24/12/2020 to 26/12/2020 (Timing for every day 10:00 am to 5:30 pm)

5. User id and password will be receiving from service provider on 23/12/2020 up to 5:30 pm. Students are requested to contact Institute Examination coordinator of respective institute.  

General Instructions for Dbatu  Engineering  Examination ( Backlog Exam) :

For Engineering 
The question paper will consist of 60 questions. Candidate need to solve 40 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 60 marks. 

The time duration for the examination is 90 minutes (1.5 hr), however examination window is open for 3 hrs

 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAMINATION PHARMACY & ARTICHETURE  ( BACKLOG EXAM) 

1. The examination will be conducted by online mode having multiple choice questions.   For pharmacy 
The question paper will consist of 70 questions. Candidate need to solve 50 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 75 marks. 

For Architecture 
The question paper will consist of 60 questions. Candidate need to solve 40 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The maximum marks allotted for each subject examination is 60 marks.

All about DBATU mock tests, Timing , Method , process , problems , what to do if credentials are not given??

An examination, where the marks are not considered in academics, which is designed to practice for future exams or so that the teachers are able to set a grade before the end of term and students should be familiar with enviroument.

In this blog we mentioned all points about mock tests organised by DBATU for all supplementary backlog subjects .

PLATFORM:

DBATU decided to conduct all supplementary backlog examinations using online proctored method. In Online Proctored Exam, a candidate is monitored online during the test duration typically with the help of a webcam, mic and access to the screen of the candidate.

Therefore students need to allow for webcam and mic from their devices.The examination will be conducted by online mode having multiple choice questions.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAM:

Student will be giving examination sitting at their place using Android based mobile or laptop or desktop with inbuilt camera on.

Student appearing for examination will be receiving user id and password one day before examination date. Since it’s a proctored examination care should be taken by student as not to open any browser while examination is going on.

No any other person sitting with student while examination is going on. Student should not leave the place from start to end of examination etc.  

There is no hall ticket for this examination

Link, username and password for examination will be received by student on their register mobile number/email id day before examination date

Students have to hold I-Card/ Adhar Card while taking first photograph for identification.

IN CASE IF SOMEONE HAD NOT GET SMS / EMAIL OF MOCK TEST??

In case if you did not get your exam credentials , what should you check??

• Open your registered email account , check all folders i.e promotions , social , in spam also.
• If you find nothing then , open your DBATU login portal , https://formfilling.dbatuapps.in/ .Open profile tab (Given in sidetab).
• Check your email account , if it is present and same as your email then contact with coordinator from your institute.
• If there is no email given , click on down arrow present with profile tab , click update , and simply update the email account.
• Same with the mobile number.If there is no mobile number given , click on down arrow present with profile tab , click update , and simply update the mobile number.
• If your email / mobile number is correct then also your credentials are not available then you have to contact with your college exam coordinator alloted by university.

IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS ?

If you face any technical issue during examination , you can contact to coordinator alloted by your college. You can make enquiry about your respective coordinator to your college . Any technical issues should be reported immediately with coordinator. Exam window will be open for 3 hours so there is no need to be panic about timing.

MARKS WILL BE CONSIDERED FROM THIS MOCK TEST??

Mock tests marks are not considered in academics, they are simply designed to practice for future exams or so that the teachers are able to set a grade before the end of term and students should be familiar with enviroument. Since it is the first time that universities conducting online proctored exams and also students are appearing it for first time therefore to make them familiar about enviroument , the exam is being conducted.

EXAM DETAILS :

1. Students have to open the proper link  for their test. Exam URL is https://batu.examlive.org/ .
2. Their PRN number is their username.  
3. The link for the mock test will be available for the next two days also
