Regular Backlog Winter Semester exam 2020 dates & pattern declared , descriptive theory & online MCQ- MU
The first semester winter examination of all the colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai will be conducted online just like this final year and students will be asked multiple choice questions. One such period will be given for the examination. On Wednesday, the University's Board of Examinations and Valuation issued instructions and circulars in this regard. The colleges of traditional disciplines like Commerce, Arts, Science are divided into Degree, Post Graduate Cluster Colleges in which Lead College will conduct the examination.

All college examinations in the cluster will be conducted online at the same time. Traditional arts, commerce, science Branch Degree First Session Examination will be conducted through online till 31st December. The schedule for the postgraduate examination will be announced separately. Arts, Commerce and Science examinations for winter session till 31st December

60 marks in 1 hour for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Traditional (Arts, Commerce, Science) Theory test. It is mandatory to solve 40 out of 50 multiple choice questions 1 hour time for total 60 marks examination for law branch. Multiple choice questions of 30 marks and descriptive questions of 30 marks. n Architecture branch examination of 20 marks for multiple choice questions and descriptive questions for 30 marks for a total of one and a half hours. Demonstration, project, oral examination from 10th December
The university has instructed the teachers to start the assessment online and announce the results after the examination. The colleges want to inform the university about the marks of the subjects for which there are internal examinations by December 24 and the practical, project and oral examinations are to start from December 10.

Meanwhile, degree exams for professional courses, including technical ones, MCA (Masters in Computer Applications), pharmacy and architecture, can be conducted beforeJanuary 15, next year. For postgraduate exams of professional courses, a separate circular will be released, it said. The exams will be conducted for only those students of graduate, postgraduate and diploma courses who apply for the same in time.
