In face of the changing education scenario due to the pandemic, University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued guidelines on how colleges can Include online education in their regular courses, credits for education, academics, & reopening of colleges in offline/ online mode etc  There are many things that students can explore on their own such topics can be discussed online and could be completed

Bhushan Patwardhan Vice chairman of UGC, said, "The entire way of education has changed & updated  due to pandemic and online education is the new normal to all the students & Universities . It can be Modified &  integrated with normal courses, Online Lectures & Test Series  as per requirement Of Students & Faculties . Many of the courses that involve theory can be completely shifted online, For courses like medicine and science, which have practical dossiers: online mode is not an option. However, the ancillary discussion, debates and theory classes can be Shifted online

atwardhan said, "Tll the pandemic is under control, online education is the way to go It has also changed the evaluation pattern where UGC has given preference to online courses by allocating 40 per cent credits. If a student feels that such a course can benefit, then she may opt for the same. Likewise, the courses now need to look offering the online option
