Campus placement, also known as campus recruitment, is when companies come to your colleges campus, conduct interviews, and hire candidates to work in their company. 

But Do they Hire Everyone from your class , your branch , your college????

Answer is NO !!

You Need to be skilled and you shoud have potential to crack each round.

There are mainly two types of placement drives :

1. On - Placement
2. Off- Placement

Major difference between two is On campus has candidates from only your institution but in off campus there are candidates from outside of your campus also.

Some Companies first shortlist candidates from their Marks or some try one test or short pre placement exam.

Some Common Rounds for placement are :

• Pre-Placement Presentation

• Qualifications

• Written Examination

• Group Discussion

• Technical Knowledge Interview

• Formal Interview

•  Post Placement Discussion
