ATKT, Backlogs: Non-Final Year ATKT/Backlog Examinations to start from 3rd Dec 2020 : SPPU tentative dates
many of Non Final year students at the (SPPU) has successfully completed their final terminal year examination but still non-final year students are still awaiting clarity on allowed to keep terms (ATKT) examinations.
In all over Maharshtra , Non-Final Year students are asking for for conduction of examination confused and depressed Frustrated, several students took it to social media sites to share their worries & opinions . “Our ATKT exams should have happened by May 2020 if the situation was normal, and we would have cleared the ATKTs, but due to COVID, exams were canceled & only regular semester subjects were passed based on a formula as made by the university without the exam”, stated a statement by SPPU Year Down Students Union.

For the last six months, the students of Non-Final ATKT are in a state of confusion as no schedule for examination has been sent to them. However, the government has announced that the exam should be conducted within 120 days after the commencement of the college.- Vaibhav Edke president of MSWA said
Savitribai Pule Pune University, SPPU would be conducting pre-final year and first-year external students backlog exams in December 2020 as released by an official notification. The students opting for class improvement programme and non-final year from December 3 to 16, 2020 ( detailed timetable will be released soon)
Prefinal ATKT/ Backlog of 1st , 2nd & 3rd year exams 2020 to be conducted by November 30 -MU
Savitribai Phule Pune University would be conducting the allowed to keep terms, ATKT or backlog exams through online proctored technology. Due to this every student would be monitored using an online monitoring system and live video streaming source. As per a local daily, the varsity would be able to control every student’s movement to ensure the examination’s credibility and authenticity
As many as 70, 291 students have to appear in the backlog exams this year.
A per the details released by the University 61.501+ students have failed in Engineering exam, 1109 students failed in Law faculty & 6753 students have failed in management stream

As the VC of SPPU university Hon . Nitin Karmalkar said that during the examination for the final-year students, sppu realized that outstation students opted for online examination. Hence, this time, there will be only an online examination. Those who have a problem with the network or lack gadgets would be given an opportunity to visit the nearest examination centre to appear for the exam in the online mode
