Unlock 6.0: Govts Latest Guidelines Mean For Schools, Colleges And Educational Institutions

As 2 days ago Centeral Gov had given the guidlines for unlock 6.0 and that will be extended till 30th Nov 2020  , by following all the guidelines State gov of Maharashtra also given further guidelines for unlock 6.o  with some new changes &  reopening 

The Home Ministry in its latest directives for another set of unlocking made no  major new changes to the existing Unlock 5 guidelines and said they may  continue to be implemented in November. A strict lockdown will, however, be observed in containment areas, a strict lockdowndown will be followed in contentment zone & there may be some reopnming permission in non-contentment zone 

Central Gov Guidlines will as follows : 

1)  On reopening of schools and other educational institutions, states and UTs have been given an upper hand to decide whether to resume classes or not

2)  States and Union Territories will need to prepare their SOPs in line with the Centre’s Unlock 5 guidelines, and in accordance with the ground situation in their respective units

3)  Higher institutions can reopen only for PHd and PG students in Science and technology streams that need experimental or lab work.

4) Schools will have to alter students’ seating plans to ensure physical distancing and have staggered entry and exit timings and timetables for different groups of students.

5) Attendance will entirely depend on parental consent and cannot be enforced by schools.

6)  Online learning has been encouraged so avoid the spread of virus. Students have the option of not going to school and continue distance learning.

7) However, if a student decides to go to school & college , a written consent of parents or guardians will be mandatory.

Unlock Guidlines By Maharashtra  State Government 

 

The state government has also issued guidelines for Unlock 6. The deadline has been extended till November 30. Earlier, the Union Home Ministry had issued guidelines for Unlock 6. Under this, the guidelines in Unlock 5 have been extended till November 30.

 

Hotels, restaurants have been started. No e-pass required. Also, it is necessary to observe the distance and use a mask. Metro service has also been launched. School, college has not yet decided to start. but some of PG & PHD colleges for experimental work institutes  have permitted to reopen., and all the rest of rules & guidelines will be as same as Gudlines 5,0 

 

According to the guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry, the lockdown in the containment zone will continue till November 30. There are no restrictions on interstate transportation of persons and goods from one state to another. It does not require a separate license. This discount was offered in Unlock 5.

 

The lockdown will be strictly enforced in the containment zone till November 30, 2020. Strict implementation of restrictive measures will be carried out in the containment zone except for essential services. Information on containment zones has been directed by the concerned District Collectors and States and Union Territories to be published on the website.
