• Provide first level Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals
• Assign incidents in line with documented guidelines and procedures

• Learn Dell Technologies products & services and should be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.

As an Intern, with the Linux Technology Center in IBM India Systems Development Lab, you will be part of a team of Linux kernel engineers designing, developing and testing cutting edge Operating System innovations and tools for IBM Power System servers that go into building large Enterprise servers and supercomputers. You will learn about IBM Power architecture, System internals, Linux kernel internals, Linux Test automation frameworks and understand and contribute to the Open source community ecosystem.
Responsibilities:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
