TCS Going to hire around 20,000 freshers till december.

One of the leading IT firm from world has started its hiring process a little late in year 2020 , but TCS announced its NQT exam which is going to be held on 23 Oct.The tech firm plans to replicate the last years hiring strategy this year as well.
TCS had recruited around 40,000 candidates by using National Qualifier Test (NQT) which a advanced recruiting tool of TCS recruiters. The Test covers almost 1800 technical insitutes from all over India.
According to TCSs chief human resource officer, Milind Lakkad, the company will hire 17,000-20,000 freshers from 2019-20 batch by December. The remaining number of candidates will join from Q4FY21 and Q1FY22.
There is a strong demand for lateral hiring front as well. TCS has briefed about lateral hiring during Q4 FY20 results. TCS has noted strong demand for skilled techies despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
Global tech companies including IBM, Accenture, Dell, and Salesforce have started presenting hiring plans. The hiring sentiments among tech hiring managers are positive this year. The companies have seen substantial business requirement in emerging areas of technology. Most IT services firm are confident about hiring fresh graduates through campus recruitment drive this year.
