Bharathi Cement Corporation Private Limited (BCCPL) is a producer of Superior Quality Cement has set new standards in the cement business. It is a joint venture of Vicat Group, France (pioneers in cement) in India.

The ownership of the company was changed and the company was renamed later as Bharathi Cement Corporation Limited. Vicat SA, France required a majority stake in the company. Later, the name of the company was changed to Bharathi Cement Corporation Private Limited.

The Bharathi Cement Scholarship is the project of collaboration with Vidyasaarathi portal for providing financial assistance to young students from poor economic background for continuation of their education. This scholarship would not be applicable for Bharathi Cement employees and their children.

Qualification criteria for Bharathi Cement Scholarship:

Minimum 50% in Class 10, Minimum 50% in Class 12, Minimum 50% in Diploma,

1) Course Name : B.E./B.Tech. (BE/BTech)

Gender : All Gender

Scheme is available to only student whose family income is less than 500000.00

Student pursuing full time Undergraduate course like BE/BTech.

2) Which Courses are covered under the Bharathi Cement Scholarship scheme ?
Any Undergraduate courses from institutes recognized by AICTE/NAAC/UGC/Govt.

3) Whether applicant compulsory to have a bank account ?
Yes

4) Any Preference to Caste ?
No (Open to all Students)

5) Is this gender based scholarship?
No, Irrespective of gender anyone can apply.

6) Any preference will be given based on the location?
Yes. First Preference will be given to students from YSR Kadapa District Andhra Pradesh.

7) What is the maximum scholarship amount that will be awarded?
upto Rs.35,000/Tuition fees, whichever is lower.
