AICTE offering 1 lakh internship | AICTE Eduskills internship

AICTE collaborates with EduSkills Foundation to make India  the biggest talent hub by providing virtual internship opportunities to engineering students across India on various niche skills. Students from various universities/engineering institutions across India received a warm response.

A total of 120,000 students have successfully completed their internships in the past 4 courses. , Through this initiative, a total of 120,000 students have successfully completed internships in the past four groups.

Cohort-5 was launched by  AICTE President, Prof. TG Sitharam, in the presence of Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe, NETF President; Dr. Buddha Chandrasekhar, CCO, AICTE; Sh BM Tiwari, Deputy Director, AICTE; Lokesh Mehra, Sr Biz Leader, South Asia, Amazon Web Service; Dr. Shubhajit Jagadev, CEO, EduSkills Foundation and other AICTE officials.  

More than 100,000 candidates have been selected for internships in  12 different fields. These internships are expected to end on July 31, 2023. The main goal of this initiative is to provide internship experiences to students  from high school cities and rural areas. , where there is usually little chance.

These skills programs aim to extend  reach to students who often lack access to cutting-edge technical opportunities, thereby driving  business initiatives across the nation.   For this initiative, AICTE merged multinational companies, in order to impart skills and internship opportunities to students.
