- Gives more preference to female applicants than male
- This is done to ensure, Accenture reaches a 50:50 M: F ratio by 2025, which currently is 70:30.
- They multiply points of female students by a factor of 1.5, so female employees have a higher chance to get selected.
This Year that is for the hiring of 2022 graduates Accenture has changed the hiring pattern again. Now there will be 6 section in Accenture Hiring test and after that there will be an interview round.

Accenture Online Test Syllabus for 2022
Some important information regarding Accenture Online Written Test exam are:-
- Accenture is using CoCubes as the Assessment Platform.
- Inter-Sectional Navigation is allowed.
- Intra-Sectional Navigation is allowed.
- There is no negative marking.
- The total time duration is 1 hr 30 mins.
Syllabus of Accenture English Ability (CoCubes):-
This section comes under Cognitive Assessment Round, here is the list of topics under the English Ability section:-
- Sentence Correction
- Prepositions
- Grammar
- Reading Comprehension
- Synonyms & Antonym
- Idioms and Phrases
- Speech and Tenses
- Article
- Sentence Selection
- Spotting Error
- Sentence Arrangement
- Max Score – 16
- Time – 16 mins
- Number of Question- 16 ques
The written round will consist of six sections namely - Verbal Ability, Abstract Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Common Applications, Pseudo Code, and Network Security and there will be the sectional cut-off for all three sections.
If you are not able to clear the sectional cut-off of this round you will not be able to go to the technical assessment round.
Syllabus for Accenture Critical Reasoning and Problem Solving section(CoCubes):-
This section used to come under Cognitive Assessment Round in Logical Section but after the pattern got updated this particular topic has now become a new internal section altogether, here is the list of topics under the Critical Reasoning section:-
- Arrangements
- Blood Relations
- Statement & Conclusions
- Coding Decoding
- Agree Disagree Psychometric
- Analogies
- Inferred Meaning
- Logical Sequence
- Time – 18 min
- Number of Question- 18 ques
The written round will consist of six sections namely - Verbal Ability, Abstract Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Common Applications, Pseudo Code, and Network Security and there will be the sectional cut-off for all three sections.
If you are not able to clear the sectional cut-off of this round you will not be able to go to the technical assessment round.
